We retain ownership of all printing plates, molds, dies, and other tools created for your orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our designs, processes, and materials remain our intellectual property.

THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED BY MAXIMUM COLOR PRINTING INK, L.L.C. ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC RESULTS. Print quality depends on materials, equipment, application methods, and environmental factors beyond our control. While we strive for consistency and quality, variations may occur.

WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
